Such causes and circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, acts of the client, strikes or other labor disputes, natural disasters, accidents, wars, civil disturbances, equipment breakdown, highly contaminated samples that impact instrument operation, unavailability of supplies from usual suppliers, difficulties or delays in transportation, mail or delivery services, or any other cause beyond Chromate’s reasonable control.
